Our spacious living room is comfortably furnished to provide a spot for our guests to gather, watch tv or listen to music.

Whole House Rental

House sleeps 6 in beds, 10 max. If renting the whole house, a refundable security deposit of $250 is required, plus a $250 cleaning fee. Balance is due two months prior to arrival. Breakfast not included. Events held on the grounds are $500 per day.

All rates double occupancy. Rates do not include tax. Rates may increase during the holiday season. A 50% deposit on your reservation is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Balance due one week prior to arrival. Please note that all bedrooms in the main house are on the second floor.

Extra people in guest rooms are $20 per person, max. 2 (futons provided). Cribs and pack-n-play available. Children are welcome, with trampoline and toys on site.

Cancellation Policy:

60 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior will incur no penalty of deposit if room is rebooked. Cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
